Skill Development & Capacity Building

  • Conduct training programs, leadership summits, and business mentorship sessions
  • Collaborate with educational institutions for industry-oriented courses

  • Encourage members to follow fair-trade, environmental, and labor standards
  • Launch a "Responsible Business Certification" under AIBC

  • Represent member concerns with state and central governments
  • Draft and submit policy recommendations to ministries and chambers
  • Create state-level and regional AIBC councils for decentralized participation

  • Facilitate B2B and international trade linkages
  • Partner with global chambers of commerce
  • Organize trade expos, investor summits, and exchange programs

Social Responsibility & Community Engagement

  • Promote CSR initiatives focused on education, health, and sustainability
  • Recognize and reward socially responsible entrepreneurs annually

All members of AIBC shall:

  • Uphold honesty, integrity, and fairness in all dealings
  • Avoid activities that harm the reputation of AIBC or the business community
  • Maintain transparency in financial and organizational operations

Implementation & Monitoring

  • Establish a Policy Review Committee to monitor progress and compliance
  • Conduct annual AIBC Impact Reports measuring outcomes and improvements
